Kayaking Log: Paddled, ferried, and then my turn for bow rescue

Did some paddling practice to start. Worked with ferrying across the river. Some with reading the river, while they showed us the concept. I am a very robotic kind of person. I think too much about the next action to do it naturally. I am working on that. This does help. But it is hard to do immediately. I did also get the opportunity to practice a bow rescue. My camera got flipped around. I am working on a better option.
