Kayaking The Serpent's Tail to Llangollen Town Weir - River Dee Grade 3/4 White Water

Great video guys. Just did the same run for the first time the other week. Water was higher but in some ways makes it safer with greater depth. Town Falls is scary. Scariest thing I've ever done. Like being flushed down the toilet or a washing machine on fast spin. Amazing feeling to get through it.

Hi! Thanks for your comment. Did you see this before your run? Serpents Tail is great fun and I've done Town Falls a few times now and never taken the same line twice! Great fun.

It was a good level to leave it pretty bouncy. I've done it lower, which was worse! Thanks for the compliment on the production 👍

Fun run - and if you paddle back up the canal you don't need a shuttle. Is that really a pair of MI blades - I bought a similar pair sometime around 1987!

Great fun. The white blades? No idea, I got these when I had no clue about paddling.
