I’ve been sewing quilting for years and I’ve never heard of you. Why? You’re incredible!!! I’ve been missing a knowledge person. I used to watch sewing with Nancy. So happy to find your KZbin channel.

This is vitally important knowledge to learn and understand. Thank you so much. I struggle understanding patterns because I don't know why it's asking for certain measurements so I become lost. Finally, great info and guidance to make it clear. The traditional math makes far more sense. Thanks again.

Thank you for explaining the math. I like to create quilt blocks as I go. I have been struggling to make the elements for until now.

Thank you so much for explaining the details of all these units. I finally understand how change the size of blocks and use different methods from the pattern.

Kaye, I so enjoy you! And I get a kick out of you. I can see your students rolling their eyes on doing math. Ha ha! Must of what you teach I know but it thrills me when you say something I don’t know or have forgotten. I just love to learn and I so love your book civil war legacy, and voices of the past…. I have two of those. Copies and will not get rid of them for nothing. Love your eye wear and you’re shirt is beautiful. Did you make it or can I get your resource to purchase something so colorful? You make me so happy when I get a minute to watch. I have some accu quilt dies but haven’t had time to take them out of the boxes. Love your information.

Thank you thank you thank you!!!! I have been so confused by this and ironically accuquilt has confused me more about this...but it is because I am a beginner and I see people use HST and QST interchangeably when creating the same block. (some people treat HST as just larger QST's) EG the Economy block or square within a square .....some people say they frame it with Hst's and others with QST's. I am about to try a complex storm at sea with a double border and a Square within a square within a square (ie cubed)..... So I could not use the Accuquilt BOB and the designer sent me a single marti mitchelle template for the diamond. So on You tube I see people approaching this with QST cubes or HsT's.... I think solely based on the sizes of accuquilt that they own. But If you would take the square within a square on in your next episode and clarify I would sooooo appreciate it. OR....does it matter if the Sq in the center is on point when you do the Sq within a sq within a sq.....So much knowledge is either assumed or the opposite they dumb it down, but then you have to be so precise and don't know how to adapt it. Sorry for the length of my comment. But I am self-taught and I really APPRECIATE you!

Do you own a half and a quarter square ruler? Loads of brands and if you do I can make that unit soooo simple.
