My favorite podcast to date. Really makes you think deeply when you're approaching parenthood in the somewhat near future. These ideas of presence and dynamics in the relationship as a parent also go over to the dynamic and needs one has with a partner. Just makes you think a lot of the past and makes you think of ways to be better in positive ways. Bunch of little nuggest placed through this pod. Kayla is a deep thinker and meshes really well with the male fighters. She has that bro edge but is also very open and conversational. A very grounding pod. Loved it.

Dear Kamaru & Kayla, that’s beautiful what you guys spoke about parenthood, I just had my first born, he is only 5 and a half months old and what you say is so true. I hope I can be as good parents as you are, I think your champion mentality definitely helps with your discipline and commitment to them. I can relate to the fact of having not biological children because even though my son is biological I still had to gain his confidence and still amazes me and it almost feels like this little guy came from I don’t know where… the whole experience is so surreal.
