I live in ND. We lose power quite often actually because of the wind. I love the idea of freezing bottles of water. I will add it to my grocery list! I’m glad you guys are ok ❤😊

Hi Kayla, prepping is so important! We were lucky to not lose any trees but you have to be ready always. ❤

I watch so many of videos and keep all of you in the South in my prayers. Here in IL we mostly prep for loss of power in January/February, so we're prepping ways to keep ourselves warm and hope our pipes don't freeze. We all should be preparing our homes and families for emergencies

We’re in central Florida glory be to God everything is okay other than damaged fences. I remember Irma it was awful but the worst we’ve had recently has been Ian it brought so much flooding to Central Florida

It’s definitely important to have extra canned goods and 5 gallons jugs of water to at least survive a month. Those people in NC were not expecting to flood and many don’t have food or water while waiting for help. Always be prepared!

Anxiety through the roof for real! We live in Cape Coral and we’re in a mandatory evacuation zone so we came to your neck of the palm trees😂…it was sooo hard to find an air bnb! I think I lost 5 years off my life with stress… back now and our house did well🙏🏼… but no power… our street actually got power back yesterday, but the line to our house is broke so I have a feeling it’ll be a while😫…and of course our generator doesn’t work! 6 kids 9 and under with no power is quite an adventure😬

We were very lucky. You never know what will happen. Look at Hurricane Andrew back in the 90's. He was supposed to hit Southern Broward County. During the night it had a wobble and he went south. He destroyed Homestead and Florida City because they didn't prepare because it was going to hit Southern Broward.

I'm over in pinellas county about a mile from redington Beach. Still recovering from helene and now milton. We evacuated and are waiting to return for a few more days since most stores have no power and gas stations have no gas 😟

I’m so sorry to hear that. I pray that your family is spared from any other storms this season.
