@ava_a71152 жыл бұрын
@@nilesh1057 I’ve been inconsistent so I haven’t got rid of it yet. But Id say check with your doctor and get supplements, then find the sources for these vitamins in foods and make sure to incoperate them into your every day diet. If you have deficencies Im sure you have a very poor diet/1 sided diet like myself. It’s important to get most of our nutrition through the foods we eat everyday. You have to do both, diet and supplements. When you get to a level you are ok you can cut down on the supplements. For me vitamin D is the hardest one to get just from foods, I live in sweden and we dont get alot of sun. But the iron and folate is not that hard. Iron is in red meat and liver and leafy green vegetables. Folate is in most green vegetables, some citrus fruits, hooney, and beans.

2:39 A lemon is not meant to be eaten by animals, but is part of the fruits meant for the earth and trees. you see? There are 3 types of fruit, fruit for the ground and for the trees - they will be sour like a lemon, bitter like a bitter orange or hot like a hot pepper. And like there are fruits meant for animals they will be sweet salty or neutral [like avocado] these are fruits that if swallowed they create poop. And then there are fruits meant for humans as well, these are fruits that by chewing you can squeeze out the liquids that are actually the food, and squeeze them out of the fruit and then swallow only the liquids and expel the solids. You can live life without poop. Without the introduction of solids that turn into rot and smelly and unnecessary pollution. Of course you need to know what to eat in a liquid fruit diet, it is important to eat corn for proteins - without corn the muscles may break down. [It happened to me within a few days without corn, and the corn solved the problem] In any case, when we eat, we need to make sure that we are feeding on fruits that belong to humans, and that we only get the liquids from them, the idea behind this law is that the solids of the fruit can return to being a fruit again if they return them above their root or near their seeds, these will become roots and then the solids will break down And they will seep into the root and the root will absorb them and produce them to be fruit anew. 3:56 The reason it is wrong to eat the flesh of animals is that the entire creation is divided into energies and births and actions. We won't talk about actions right now. But the meaning of born is that these are creatures whose job it is to live and influence the world, they are supposed to receive energy in order to live. So there is a very clear order born should live, which energies animate the born. Now there are two options to receive energy, either we receive it from a good and vital source that does no harm to anyone, or we receive negative energy that comes from corruption. The only energy that does not corrupt is energy that comes from fruits - when you eat the fruits properly, and you return the solids back to the earth in a sorted form. Everything is solid to its root. The negative energy that comes from corruption will always have negative side effects such as accelerated aging or other symptoms, to teach us a way of life to live in peace and harmony and not in a corrupt way, because those who corrupt become corrupt. Nature does not speak, but it acts and its action brings us messages. 4:38 Cooked food is considered corrupt because the heating destroys the structure of the material, and breaks it down. It turns out that if you sow cooked corn it will no longer grow. Cooking takes the good stuff out of food. Therefore, for iron, one must eat fresh fruits that contain it in a generous amount, and one must also be careful not to poison the body, but live on a 100% liquid fruit diet.

Digestive enzymes are great but they're only a temporary solution, IMO. I encourage getting to the root cause of why you have absorption and digestive issues in the first place. It could be anything from microbiome imbalances or leaky gut to an autoimmune condition or poor bile flow just to name a few. Identifying the root problem will give you a clear roadmap on how to move forward in terms of managing or reversing it.

Refined carbs can also reach vitamin D from your body. Also a big culprit is stress which can cause your adrenals to be taxed which in turn depletes your vitamin d. I'm sure there are other causes. Just make sure to always take vitamin k with vitamin D so it absorbs into the body instead of accumulating as plaque in the arteries and on the bones.

Super great information. I am using this to help refresh before my clinical nutrition exam. Just one thing: with Hashimoto's, we actually want to avoid Iodine supplementation. Iodine is helpful for all other types of hypothyroidism except Hashimoto's. This is because Hashimoto's is a disease where the immune system attacks the thyroid. More iodine can make this worse. While hypothyroidism, in general, is a problem with the thyroid gland that can be positively affected by iodine, Hashimoto's is a problem of the immune system.

Disagree! As someone with graves disease (autoimmune thyriod issue) I accidentally overdosed on lugols. It was 20%, not 2%. I rubbed it on my thyroid. Well, I had a HUGE reaction within an hour but days later I'm finally putting weight back on, no thyriod symptoms whatsoever and no medication. I stopped only because I didn't shake anymore from not taking it. Absolutely incredible and highly recommend. Oh! And my tears are salty again/sweat is salty. It hasn't been this way for YEARS. I'm not having celtic salt in therapeutic doses and doing better everyday. I believe the iodine kick started my thyriod back to normal and detoxed all the other halides I was stuffed full of. 💯🙏🙌🌈✝️

They are but keep in mind all vegetarian sources of iron are non-heme iron which doesn't absorb as well as the heme-iron found in animal products.
