Because she's late game and very hit or miss. If you don't win your lane, and you're WEAK and SLOW early, she's almost completely useless afterwards. She's the definition of "snowball or die"

Titanic has on hit effects plus aoe, ravenous has healing but it does not give bonus damage on hit, only aoe.
