As garen I'll take teemo every time, can build against their damage, and you just have to run after him, every time ult is up teemo dies. Vayne is just ultra annoying have to change your build a lot. I take swifties, and rush stride breaker, then you just have to force the all in every time vayne gets near. Even then it's a royal pain. But never ever run away from a vayne. It's like running away from ash. Stay in bush when things come up run in force the vayne to knock back / tumble away, spin on wave and push it go back to bush use passive. farm that way. just don't feed the vayne. Use your lane push mid game to recover / catch up. Granted if you have a good team a vayne isn't that strong late game, were a shroomMO is a nighmare. But the chances of a good team is rare so give me the teemo any day and let me just shut him down in lane.

I garant from 10 games vayne vs teemo vayne win a 8 games ...reasons are teams must be good and help to control vayne this is first problem to no feed this adc...second problem teemo in mid and late game is not strong or match vs final build adc ...and third reason is vayne is no range adc like jinx lucian thats mean play more skilled adcs because she is morr closed adc ...for these 3 points i think adc mostly wins in normal play ...and last point...teemo is starting champ easy and funn but no enough power...
