I’m a junior in high school and the closest experience I have to ballet/jazz is through colorguard. I’m flexible and I can do some acro tricks. I have more experience in hip hop because I’ve been doing it since I was 12. Do you think I’d have a chance at getting into a team? Do you have any tips as to what I should do or look into in order to get where I need to for a college dance team?

Thank you!!! How cool :-) We're a bit of a mix! During football season, time-out routines tend to be hip hop and halftime tends to be jazz/pom. During basketball season it's also a mix of both!

Hi!!! I know what you’re talking about, and honestly usually the companies selling them are smaller boutiques. The only one I can think of off the top of my head is called The Lineup!

it can be 😅 there are ways to make it more affordable though. I'd recommend searching for and applying to scholarships as soon as possible! It's a lot of work but definitely worth it

I’m planning on trying out for the dolls for next year and i saw the list of moves you should already know prior to, but are there any other moves I should know how to do that’s not on the list

Nope! they will only expect what is on the list of required technique :-)
