@@LNH152 that’s a very valid question and my answer is I do try to make time to pamper myself but spending an absurd amount of time of my nails isn’t my priority. I can spend hours on skincare or even my hair but wouldn’t put a fraction amount of time on my nails, I just find the process tedious (the application and the removal)and a waste of time and money especially for something so minor I guess. I hope that answers your question.

It doesn’t work like that. It has to be constant buffing. As long ad you have a good aftercare routine after doing or removing nails it will be fine but it doesn’t take one set for your nails to break unless you have serious iron deficiency. That would have to be a trip to the GP

Nope. The nails you see are actually dead skin cells (just like hair, but they contained more keratin) it is perfectly safe to be doing acrylic, poly gel, nail polish, gel polish every week to every other week. Just make sure you are using a quality base that is formulated to PROTECT you natural nail.
