In 2008 there was no visitor center and no steps down the side of the canyon or sturdy railings. It was just a metal chain that you held on to. Most of us just slid down the dirt sitting down. Thankfully, our ride drove into the canyon to pick us up.

Amazing tour, amazing video. Fall colors along the desert canyon look very gorgeous. Such incredible that so very different landscapes (desert, canyons, Canada-like mountainous lake region) can all be found and visited in one day in Kazakhstan near Almaty as in the North America it would take like thousands of miles and much more days to see the same diversity. It also looks as the untouched version of the "Wild West", just like the real Wild West perhaps looked like in the 19th or 18th century. A really positive surprise, just like Azerbaijan was.

Hi Gabriel, that was spectacular you could be anywhere in the world with those rock formations and lakes just a beautiful experience, and look you are speaking Spanish with someone from Kazakhstan. I think with language there are traditional and then there is slang whether it's English or some other language, not a dialect which is like a spin-off but actual slang which is made up of words within the same vernacular. Meaning words used that have dual meanings every language has this embedded in it and changes over generations.
