If I had to rate them they both get a 10/10 but I liked Hawkeye a little better, and I would give Falcon and Winter Soldier 9/10. So far Moonknight is also a 10/10 (but need to wait till the last episodes come out to place it :).

8:17 That says 'Thanos was right.' Some think Thanos was correct in halving the population. (Probably mainly those who've suffered following the Blip) Also, filming began in New York in December 2020, so it was definitely Winter for three months of filming.

I loved this show, the pizza dog is adorable, Kate Bishop is a fun character, Hawkeye is a badass AND!!!! well you must to watch the whole show to know the rest of the cast and whos back to solve the main issue on the show ... Hugs and lots of love Kazzy💗

Kate is played by actress and singer Hailee Steinfeld who garnered Academy Award and Screen Actors Guild nominations for Best Supporting Actress for her very first movie role in the Cohen Brothers' remake of "True Grit" when she was only 14 years old. She most recently starred as Emily Dickinson in the Apple TV series "Dickinson." Jack is played by Tony Dalton who is best known for playing the charming yet menacing Lalo Salamanca in the "Breaking Bad" spin off series "Better Call Saul" which just started its final season. When he said he would inherit the money, he was talking about getting his uncle Armand's fortune which makes him suspicious in regard to Armand's murder. The guys who attacked Kate at the end are the Tracksuit Mafia who are right out of the comic. They're villains and do pose a physical danger to Clint and Kate, but they're also so inept and funny that they're kind of like lovable losers as well.

While I loved Wandavision and Loki for the initial intrigue and “anything can happen” storylines I prefer Hawkeye. Sometimes it’s nice to just see an “A to Z” story and the Clint/Kate “partner/best friend” relationship is fantastic.

And I love that they don't stick to the same formula on everything. Or only make ones that work with the same formula. "We saw this worked before, so lets do 20 more just like that" but use different themes.

A lot of this was heavily influenced by the Matt Fraction run of Hawkeye. These comics are really worth reading. They’ve been combined into a single graphic novel.

I can totally understand you preferring to do certain shows after they've already aired. There's obviously the pressure you mentioned of pumping out the live episodes in that environment but I'd assume that it's also a lot easier for you when a show has already aired because you can just watch the episodes in bulk. MCU Hawkeye as a character has gotten a lot of slack over the years because of a mixture of how he's written and how he's not really been used effectively within the MCU. Part of the reason I love this show is it tries to fix a lot of that. It also does a lot of comic book stuff

The New York location shoot for this was actually December 2020 so yes it was shot in the winter. The Atlanta section of the shoot I know started some time into the new year, can't remember exactly when, but that lasted till late April. There were then minor reshoots in the summer. I do know the stuff with the kids though outside Rodgers the Musical was December because I remember the set photos coming out.

"Moon Knight" has also raised the bar. It's going to suck to be the first "less than" MCU series. No predictions because no one knows now... but we'll ALL know when it happens. The stakes just keep getting higher.

I adored this show, hailee steinfield really brings life into it and her comedy is great. I agree with you watching things in your own time at your own pace. I also appreciate that you go in blind or with limited info, I am the same. I find I can have a much more immersive experience that way and I end up enjoying the content more and being surprised etc. I will say, as you posted the question that I prefer the previous format of viewing better, I find a lot of other creators use this newer format and I consume a lot of the same content so for me I prefer to see the person better or larger/more constant if you will than the content itself because by the 3rd video i have seen those scenes on repeat so what im after is the person as my major focus so for that reason i prefer the other version but it does look cool and if you prefer this thats cool. Much love and look forward to more reactions to this show.

Mid-December is not that cold in New York. Mid 40s, typically. A mid-weight coat will do for a native, nothing extra heavy needed until the end of the month. The girl is Oscar nominee Hailee Steinfeld (for 2010's True Grit). Other things you possibly might eventually see her in is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (just her voice), Arcane (again, her voice), Dickinson, the Pitch Perfect movies, and Bumblebee (the only good Transformers movie since the original).

I absolutely LOVE Hawkeye! I of course love all the Avengers, but Hawkeye always had a special place for me. Idk maybe it's the point he's human like Black Widow, but always felt so different than the rest of the Avengers. This show just rose it some more. The affects of his life as an high level agent of shield and Avenger. His Arrows are so damn cool though.

SO I am a big fan of Hawkeye in the comics, both Clint and Kate, and especially a fan of the Matt Fraction/David Aja Hawkeye comics that inspired this show. So I hope you don't mind long comments explaining comics references and answering (possibly rhetorical) questions asked in the videos. I'll avoid spoilers, so no worries there. 1. Kate Bishop was a member of the Young Avengers and the second Hawkeye in the comics, taking the mantle while Clint was (temporarily) dead. But Clint has since come back to life, and while he went by Ronin for a while he's now back to being Hawkeye. 2. Jack is known as Swordsman in the comics, hence all the swords. While in the show he has no connection to Clint, in the comics Swordsman was one of Clint's mentors after Clint ran away from home and joined the circus. Yes, Clint's backstory involves joining a circus and being taught his skills by carnies. 3. Lucky the Pizza Dog is best dog. He is also from the comics. He's missing the eye in the comics - the dog that played him has both eyes and they CG'd in the missing eye. As for the dog's gender, the character's a Good Boy though being played by a Good Girl named Jolt. 4. Last comment this episode, but this series actually takes place right around the same time as the last few shots of Spider-Man: No Way Home. There's a number of references between the two, like the Rogers: the Musical poster showing up in Spider-Man.

This was a good series, which shouldn't be a surprise, but most people reacted with an eye roll when the show was announced. Kate will point out Hawkeye's biggest fault later on in the series and help to fix it.

I was really having fun for this show on disney plus but i was obsessed about this after it came out. And that's why I'm making sure that well you finally do hawkeye that it came out. Should've watched it that i prefer that this is for the holidays until next christmas. Or this christmas to remember. But to give an arrow. 🏹 one thing the disney plus they told me they canceled and won't renew the upcoming installment season of hawkeye. Oh well. Hawkeyes an avenger.
