Having built 5 or 6 homes I can tell you the smartest thing to do is upgrade your lighting fixtures after the fact. The builder tacks on 20-25% of pricing for those things and fixtures. That being said I'm glad to see the more basic builder of KB is offering more choices than they previously did to their consumers.
