A classy, intelligent answer, as expected. You & Geoff both do great work and provide quality workouts/content.

Geoff is really great at answering questions too. Reached out to him a few times and he is immensely helpful. Even gave me some copywriting pointers that were great!

I am a huge fan of both Dan and Geoff as the both seem like kind and genuine human beings. That said, doing a Geoff Neupert program and asking Dan John about it is a little odd to me. Geoff replies to his emails pretty quickly and can tell you almost right away what the purpose of his snatch and double clean and press program is. It’s not difficult to go to the qualified person who wrote the program.

I think the same thing, thank you

Great answer. I appreciate how you direct people back to the program/protocol that has already been designed when people ask questions. Auxillary exercises exist as supplementary movements if someone thinks they're missing something. Other than that, people will experience their best outcome by following the program. I'm enjoying the 10,000 swing challenge right now and had to add some additional things to strengthen weak points that are exposed by this and other workouts.

That's money. Thank you.

I had the same questions with pavels programs, that he does not include a squat, only in his warm up, but since I've deliberately stopped myself worrying about I feel better and can see results.

Excellent.

There's also the question of, "enough for what". What are you trying to do?
@DanJohnStrengthCoach8 ай бұрын
It's the basic question we ask in strength and conditioning.
