The government has called on form four leavers who scored a mean grade of C plain in their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education to apply for diploma courses in teachers' training colleges. Announcing the opening of the application portal Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu said 13,437 vacancies are up for grabs across 32 public teachers training colleges.
