Look at Lisa of the BlackPink, knowing that she was initially discriminated by Koreans for being YG's first foreign artist. For anyone wondering where Shannon has went, she has been a voice actor for the video game Valorant, and is now a Twitch streamer who streams regularly, she has played with a lot of big streamers. She actually doesn't like when people bring up her being in K-Pop anymore as she has pretty much quit the industry, and she has explained the situation many times. She also mentioned she didn't like this song at all and that when she recorded this song initially she was really young like when she debuted, and this song ended up being released many many years later. If you're gonna go to her streams and stuff remember to be respectful like don't bring up "Why Why" because she's already talked about it a lot, so you can find a lot of Twitch clips about it if you're curious about what happened. Other than that, she's seriously an amazing singer, she was under such a terrible company! But ceos/mentors from big companies seriously loved her! She deserved so much better and deserved to be under a better entertainment company. But good for her for getting out of that toxic industry, she looks way happier living her life back at home and streaming!
