Uh, that is a KC10....where and when was this taken? There were no "white tops" in the KC10 fleet in 2015.

Joe Bagadonuts that is, in fact, a KC-10; this was captured in 1991.

@@mgomez5606 no, I just captured this KC-10 on the ramp at Wurtsmith. I was a copilot in the KC-135A, at the time. Upgraded to Aircraft Commander, and Instructor Aircraft Commander in the KC-135R.

@@mgomez5606 yeah, Boom Operators would always rave about the Boom Pod in the KC-10. Certainly appeared to be a great jet to fly.

@@anthonyburleson yep, we sure did. i was a KC-10 Boom Operator from 1986-1999, when the aircraft were blue & white. The Gucci Bird. .. was also a 135 boom from 1979-1986 (McConnell & Castle (924th)
