Is it? As someone from southern England, there’s very little outright racism here. Sure behind closed doors people have their opinions, and that’s whites, blacks, browns (Indians/pakistanis), but generally unless provoked there isn’t that much outright racism. If anything here, it’s the Muslims who are the most outright racist and horrible to others

HE HIT THE NAIL ON THE HEAD! I don't think that was the wrong type of heat. That just showed how racist and prejudice the South were to black wrestlers. Magnum T.A. was a full on Confederate sympathizer who was over. New Jack and the gangstas was every stereotype white people feared combined into one, and I applaud Jimmy for giving the gangstas a spot light because no other organizations would of pulled that off unless they made them a joke ( WWE with Cryme Tyme)

The one thing that bothers me about Jim Cornette is that I havent heard him ever apologize to the ganstas. Watch the shoot with Jim Cornette and New Jack. New Jack explains how he was young and didnt know the type of heat that was going to follow him the rest of his career and personal life. This was a Cornette angle... Jimmy apologizes for there failing out, but not for the racism angle.

Idk about Eastern Kentucky but growing up in Southern West Virginia where Devil Anse Hatfield is buried , to say we never seen black people is stupid statement. Yes it's mostly white but not all white. Was there racism ? Yes. You have stupid people everywhere you go. I never seen the klan or any other right wing hate gangs in Logan County West Virginia. I grew up with black kids,played with black kids, went to school with black kids. FYI. Blacks was an important part of getting the coal mines unionized so everyone could get safe ,fair working conditions in the early 1900s.

He is so wrong about this. I live in Eastern Kentucky and have been a wrestling fan my whole life. I went to a lot of Smokey Mountain wrestling shows. I show the gangster a few times. They we're over and the fans loved the gimmick. It wasn't the wrong type of heat. It was simply good heat. BTW I guarantee everyone in Kentucky has saw a "real life black person." That statement was just stupid. Idk who this guy is but he doesn't know what he's talking about.
