Any prosecutor can get anyone indicted, or NOT indicted with a grand jury, because they have sole control of what evidence is presented, and what evidence is _not_ presented. They also tell the grand jury members what they are allowed to consider when deciding. However, it might help to remember that: *A.* There is no statute of limitations for murder. *B.* Prosecutors, judges, and even cops rarely stay in their current jobs for life. In time, perhaps the family may be able to get some closure.

Where is the lawsuit and the FED's?????

Someone should insist the Fed's take the case. If not, I would immediately go to the Board of Professional responsibility and demand they be disbarred. Also, why have the 'excessively incompetent' local elected officials not stepped in on this. The police are not an autonomous organization. Someone is supposed to be in control. The State prosecutor is just as responsible for allowing this murder as the one who actually pulled the trigger. He, himself, should be charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Who wants to be the first to email a copy of this to the various groups and officials. It will take about a week to come up with thousands of signatures to the Board demanding the prosecutor be removed.
