I’m so happy we’re getting more wing videos!! Thanks Drew

Thanks for the wing content Drew! A few years ago I was helping out our sound guy but mainly heading up our media department when our sound guy decided it was time for him to move on so I was handed the keys to the sound not knowing a single thing about the wing so your videos are a tremendous help in me learning the wing and making our music sound great! 😁👍

Another fantastic video by drew. Used your initial wing effects video to setup my effects but here you take it to another level. Keep up the great work. Loving my wing because of you

Thank you Drew. It's always a pleasure learning great tricks from you. I have already learned so much to use on my x32 and passed it on to the members of my church community. I'm using it as a event technician in Germany, as a DJ and as part of the church community. I appreciate your work. Thank you and greetings from Germany!

Another good video from you Drew. It would be great if you did more videos on the Wing.

Thanks for the vídeo. I'm working with this mixer and I diante even study sound 😂 I had to add a reverb to a Sax player that asked me for it. Amazing mixer, really fun to work with! (Even for someone that doesn't work with áudio at all)

This was so helpful thank you drew. However can you do a video on the plug-ins you personally like to use and also how to record with the wing.

Drew - can you demonstrate how to send effects to a monitor mix? You did a similar video for the X32. Thanks!

Hi Drew quick question? what is the biggest benefit of sending the Verb Bus to a return?
@synthuaxed3 ай бұрын
That was my question too. It seems like it's just duplicating everything he did (or could do) on the bus itself.

Hi Drew, Thank you for this video. Could you please do a video on how to use Waves Reverb on the wing?

Can you route all drum channels on a Wing to a single channel on a PM16? Create a subgroup of the drums and route pre or post.

Hey drew I was wondering if the bus for the the effects insert isn’t supposed to be stereo ?
@QuantumComposer3 ай бұрын
You set up the FX bus with both EQ and FX insert points after the bus fader tap point. Wouldn’t that result in the bus fader scaling all inputs pre-fx (much like a DCA on the sends)? I’d rather have control over the return level so I’d put the FX in the first insert slot. That way the EQ would also affect the FX output instead.

Hi Drew, where is your music coming from …an SD Card? Is it set by default the play/stop or how do you setup the play/stop as you are doing?

So how did you save presets inside the effect?

Why effect send to bus and then to master? What about oposite - vocals to bus then to effect and then to master?? Any advantages/disadvatiges? My setup: All vocal send to voc subgroup then subgroub send to M2 voc master, then send to matrix1 LR I set bus 16 as post, put vocals sends to gr. 16, then buses 11,12,13 set as group, i feed them from bus 16. At bus 11 room verb, 12 vintage reverb, 13 delay then sends from effects groups gonto M2 voc master. By faders buses 11,12,13 set the ratio between them and by fader bus 16 a set how much i feed effect busses...

hey how send FX from monitor aux ?
@josuecuellar1817 Жыл бұрын
Hi Drew. I have a question? How do I send reverb to a monitor mix on the Behringer Wing?
@EqDior Жыл бұрын
Short answer is you can click on the Reverb Bus, go to the sends section and enable it to send to the specific monitor you want.
@EqDior Жыл бұрын
FYI the Verb has to be on one of the first 8 Buses in order to do this.
@sethclayworthen10 ай бұрын
@@EqDiorthis is something I’m trying to figure out. Do you know why it only works on the first 8?? I need a 9th vocal iem and it can’t receive any FX.
@EqDior10 ай бұрын
@@sethclayworthen Behringer restricted bus to bus routing to only the first 8 buses unfortunately.
@EqDior10 ай бұрын
what you can do is move the buses around to compensate for what you are trying to do. especially if you have the latest firmware, then you can just copy the settings and routing as a preset. that we you can easily move things around.
@pavelbasov5488 Жыл бұрын
why don't apply verb straight on vocal channels instead of using additional subgroup?
@bentaylordrums3 ай бұрын
So you don't have to use one fx slot per channel

Whats about a guitar reverb or a piano reverb. Sometimes I need a snare reverb, can the wing me give that. Does this console also provide a cello reverb. I´m a banjo player, so I would like to hear it with a banjo reverb. Can I create a reverb for a Tuba played by a 37 year old female percussionist, that sounds good in the morning at 10:00?
