I agree about Liberation notes 😁 I was skeptical thinking it's just a sad drama criticizing office jobs 😕 But it picked up really well and we were able to relate to many dark jokes about family 😁 In one scene when a friend suggests to go on a family trip ... Lee Min Ki responds "I already hate seeing them everyday at home, why pay and go a special place and see the same faces again " Lol this so much how most of us feel who are still living with parents. 🤭

I disagree with Vincenzo and would add S**ting Stars on the list (at first it had a bad story and annoying ML and don't even get me started on whole Africa plotline, but after ep 5 it became way better, as both the story and character development were improved )

Crazy love was hilarious. What I like most about that drama is there was no unnecessary misunderstanding between leads (illness was exception but only in 1 episode it resolved in a good way 😍) No breakup after male lead's ex-girlfriend started playing some tricks. Over all it was light-hearted kdrama for entertainment purpose only 👍 for same reason I like "A business praposal" also. I watched both dramas at same time ☺️

I like when they had this misunderstanding. I think it was when ML found out that the FL didn't have this terminal disease, he walked out. But didn't expect him to go back and hug her. That gave me butterflies. So love that scene

Yes the writing is so, so, so excellent 🥺🥺 It reminds me of the writing of Miseang - just everyday life things, just enough. At first I thought it was too deppressing and took a while to start, but when I do, damn it was a whole masterpiece 😭😭

I disagree for Vincenzo, while I do agree that it was slow, the scene with the father was 100% necessary, it shows the contrast between 2 good lawyers, but one with heart and one with greed. Her father always said that she would be a great lawyer if she had the heart and I thought it would've foreshadowed her character development when her father died and she took over his firm. However, the FL fell completely flat, I thought when her father died I'd see the best character development out of any female lead, from a greedy lawyer who only cares about money to someone who fights for justice and the little guys. But instead she just became Vincenzo's minion. What a complete waste.

Arthdal Chronicles was one drama that really had me glued to the screen. The uniqueness of the world that was created was something really new and interesting. For Prison Playbook, I got bored in the first three episodes and stopped watching. So maybe I should continue watching. I was surprised that the reviews for the series was very good and hadn’t picked up by Episode 3 so I thought maybe it’s humor was just not my cup of tea. I’ll give it a second chance.

Prison Playbook got... funnier since episode 4-5. Before that it was pretty dark, with several funny moments 😂 I am not sure if it would be your cup of tea but never hurts to have a try! Agree totally with Arthdal though!!

It gets better starting around episodes 5/6 in my opinion. Especially because of the 2 characters looney and captain yoo (played by jung haein) bicker and fight alot. Their fights are funny af. 😂

About Vincenzo, I want to say that I didn't want to watch it after first episode but continued due to all the hype that had been created but it was after episode 5 I got worried that I only had 15 episodes left, the duration of each episode seemed to fly by as I was completely immersed in the drama Now I love it so much that I can't move on from the drama although I've watched 20 more dramas after that....the biggest problem I face is convincing my friends to watch it even though they are kdrama fans they dropped it after 1st episode saying that it was not their type...... anyone else faces it??

I told my friends, they started episode 1, said it was not for them. But I was persistent so one friend, I took one evening to watch episode 4 with and he was like... "wow, this good" and I was like "This is just the beginning". The way Vincenzo starts slowly getting more and more dangerous, the mind games, they play and then in between Geumga Mafia that puts up against big companies by making fools out of them, the little tricks they pull off, the vibe of a family they become...chills. Aren't we all Cassana Family? Vincenzo Vincero!

When I got to know that my liberation notes was written by my mister's director. I just started watching it, no questions asked. My mister is my top 1 kdrama, and i knew park hae young wouldn't disappoint. And, it definitely one of the best decisions. The recent episodes just made MLN seal its place as one of the most beautifully written raw masterpieces

Great list. Especially, MLN is one of the best written, directed and acted series in Kdrama. Slow burner for sure, but the beauty of this show lies in the relationships and reality shown. Each character is relatable and of course Son Suk Koo, Kim Ji Won are just absolutely fantastic here.

I love the series so much and have been loving it more and more. At first, I find it a bit... cringey? but it was just this super addicting watch that I just turn on in the background and simply feel it. It feels like an improved and more relatable of My Mister and is so beautiful, yet so simple 😭

Prison Playbook is everything. Minchul's story made me cry. I was so happy that he had a good ending after all he went through. The endinga were pretty realistic for each characters too. Crazy Love is good to me because my male actor crush is in it. So I kept through.

I had no interest in this drama till I watched this video. Now I think I'll watch it. I rarely ever agree with the netizens anyway. As a for instance, I LOVED Goddess of Fire and I've heard its considered a flop. And I refused to even give SquidGame a try.

I really love Crazy Love. I hate watching pending k-dramas, but I waited for it every single night of it's release. I really love how it shows that every flawed person have a hurtful pass. We just need to fully know their stories in order to understand them. Also I love Mr. Noh Manner's character development ❤️

It's true what she said about Vincenzo. I started to watch it but after ep 2, I left it and went on to watch Arthdal Chronicles. After leaving me on a cliff hanger and worried that when the new season finally came out, some of the most important actors that I had now grew fond of would be replace, my heart felt really heavy and for a week I couldn't watch anything. But then I got bored and decided to give Vincenzo another chance given Song Joong ki's extraordinary work in A. C. It took me sometimes but after completing it I did not regret. I even plan to re-watch it.

I loved Arthdal Chronicles from start to finish. I especially loved the beginning 👏🏼 Before that I watched The Dead Lands which was a New Zealand show with a similar beginning and fantasy world building. So the transition was super smooth and it remains as my second favorite kdrama ever (I‘ve watched around 250 in total)

My Liberation Notes and Crazy Love are part of my favorite series of the last months and probably all time and I watched both from week to week, always looking forward to them. They even surpassed shows I originally wanted to watch at that time. Prison Playbook is just awesome and I was so surprised while watching it, and Vincenzo was a great Kdrama from the start to the final! The only show on this list, I dropped was Arthdal Chronicles, but seeing it on the list with my favorite Kdramas I should pick it up again!

My Liberation notes: First when I started it was quite ok but moving on to the 2nd episodes and more it made me feel like I want to stop but I've just watched it. The show got really cracked my head of that great lines after 4 episodes it made me want to watch next episodes, the relationships among the characters were really improved.

crazy love really surprised me a lot as well. the first 2 episodes frustrated me because gojin was a major asshole, and i was ready to drop it, but thankfully, i decided to stick with it and the rest of the drama ended up being way better than i thought. gojin had great character development and all those lovey dovey scenes he shared with sina were so cute. also, the revenge subplot really made it an unconventional romcom. it's one of my favorite dramas of all time now

Tomorrow honestly didn't like the format of the stories being divided into different episodes but I enjoyed the later episodes more. Stranger 2 also started out very slow but was very good when all things made sense

I do not agree with Crazy Love, I liked the first half of the show way more than the 2nd half I couldn't feel any chemistry between Krystal and Kim Jae Wook when they started dating in the show and the sudden shift of genre was simply absurd. The show started out as a romcom and suddenly turned into a mystery thriller in the 2nd half, the side characters were also very boring. It's far from being masterpiece

@@BbaliDrama a little mystery is always welcome but what bothered me the most was how the entire focus of the 2nd half was the politics and Noh Go Jin’s enemies and I felt that the transition from love to hate was sudden it was way more fun when Krystal and KJW were bickering all the time they hardly had any heart fluttering scenes as a couple and kisses too could be better considering how good the kisses in Her Private Life were 😍😂 I only liked the kiss in the office

Prison playbook was underwhelming at the beginning after being so familiar with the style of the Reply series, but once the group started coming together, it was such an enjoyable watch! Also, I loved how I didn't have to deal with the "who is the husband" game the writer like to play in the Reply series.

hmmm... Im a big fan of Fantasy Swords and Magic genre shows, so I did start watching Arthdal Chronicles and I agree, for some reason I got bored and disinterested and so I dropped it .. but now that u say It gets better later, I might actually continue watching it again, after watching other western TV shows and Animes that I started of course .. Vincenzo getting robbed was wtf indeed, but not enough for me to drop the show, Prison Playbook! is a masterpiece kudos to the writing... anyway, Great List!

Crazy Love is very enjoyable to watch. It did have a slow start but by episode 2 it had me laughing hysterically over the two leads'antics every episode & how they make fun of the kdrama troupes in an entertaining way. Love that once they do fall in love, any misunderstanding gets resolved quickly coz they talk about it and are both so secure with the relationship that they can joke about past ones. I don't usually watch airing dramas, but with Crazy Love it was worth losing sleep to watch each episode every week. 🥰🥰🥰

Transforming himself into a clueless, neurotic, average guy who, in the last couple of episodes began to mature...In the last episode the elegant beauty of the man shone through. What an actor! I agree with these all and kinda say that hotel del luna is also one of those it was really slow from first episode and there weren't much horror scenes as well as it was really confusing but then it got really good I was hooked. Make a part 2 for kdramas which were great from starting to last recently I watched while you were sleeping and it was great from first to last. Like the first episode was so interesting bae suzy's acting being on point like really I felt each and every scene hae in's entry was epic and the show is overall one of the best fantasy shows ever...

My experience with Vincenzo was different. I liked the serious tone but somewhat slow scenes in the beginning because it helped me understand the conflict and made me take it a bit seriously. I was really getting shocked at any plot twists or something big that happened during that time. Also, I liked the father's character more than the daughter and it helped me looking forward to future events in drama. But, I like it when there's contrasting conflicts in the beginning and I don't mind messed up characters. But after ep 7 - 8, I stayed just for fun, games and Vincenzo's journey (and of course Han Seo) lol. Female lawyer fell flat in the later half of the series and I was really bored of main villians (except that greedy female lawyer) or any of the residents (except the monks and that fighter). Never took them seriously or even felt nervous. In case of Crazy Love, I absolutely agree with it's tremendous growth. I always rooted for female lead from the start but absolutely despised the jerk male lead. However, it looked more like writer's choice to make the first 2-3 episodes look as crazy as possible. I didn't really mind it's craziness or chaos. But, I can see why it looked childish or crazy. I felt the same in first 30 minutes of drama before they revealed female lead's conflict of wanting to become a teacher. (The girl is just the sweetest being. For me, she > Noh Gojin) Never watched Arthal Chronicles...was skeptical of difference in opinions from people. I guess I should watch it someday. Prison Playbook, it was way too slow and I just couldn't catch a breath and felt so confused but then things got way better. It started when male lead's prison mate was being jealous or tried to harm him in the detention center. Was waiting for liberation notes to finish before I can binge watch it. I will watch it soon.

I mean, we all have different opinions, I went into Vincenzo right after The Fiery Priest in need of another dark comedy 🥲 So my expectations might have effected my experience with the first few eps. Crazy Love got so much better haha, I have seen some saying the opposite though! Jerky male lead put me off so much in the beginning and I didn't like the FL's meek attitude in the very beginning but damn how that have changed! Prison Playbook was such a slowburn, it was frustrating watching the first few eps. Probably the best decision in my life to have continued watching it though 🥺 I hope you will enjoy MLN because it was such a gem to me haha! I was so afraid because everyone was saying it was depressing but wow it was easily among my favorites now...

@@BbaliDrama oh my...The Fiery Priest was so gooood! Loved it from start to finish. I understand your POV. I love Noh Gojin too...it's just that female lead was sweet, kinder and stronger who saw the positive in everyone, would choose to help even if she was in no better condition and always give her best in whatever she does. For someone who can personally relate to male lead struggle, I don't like how he acted in first half... I hate that about myself too. Not loosing your kindness is a virture I admire a lot so I simply liked her more. Prison Playbook was like living with the prisonmates. I still can't believe I watched some prisoners doing nothing for one and a half hour and still felt so warm and emotional. Sure. I am currently watching The Sound of Magic...will get to My Liberation Notes after this. 😁

U know what when i saw the title of this video i was sure vincenzo has to be there I first started watching VINCENZObcz of song jong ki and I watched like 2 episodes in 2021 and stopped. I found it a bit boring and couldn't relate Then FORTUNATELY I started it again in 2022 and omg this series was so gooood And now it is my favourite k drama I loved it It was so good All the characters, storyline ,jang jun wo (who is btw my fav villain ), my jang han seo ,my love vincenzo everything was soooo good and I am so glad I watched it .... Want to add another drama to this list. STRANGER I know this is like the best kdrama ever, but it started off a little slow. At first, it seems like it was just yet another murder mystery. But it turned out to be a masterpiece by the end of its run. Next one would be LIFE ON MARS. The story started a bit slow and way too confusing. But as the series progressed, it turned out to the best time travel kdrama (yeah, I rate it higher than Signal).

I don't know how can someone not like The Arthdal Chronicles, like come on, that is one of the best Kdramas out there. Everything about it is amazing the plot, characters, visualization, costumes everything. The plot was new for Kdrama world and very exciting and well presented at the same time. I am really waiting for the 2nd season and hope it won't disappoint. Crazy love was a good surprise for me, when I started it I didn't expect anything new and thought would leave it because of the cringe but it was unexpectedly funny and has some freshness in it I think especially in the face of logical, funny, real and clever female lead, which is a really rare thing in the rom-com Kdramas. I watched Vincenzo ongoing and can't say much about people who watched it already completed, but I know that I was hooked since the first episode and the 2 weeks that they took to improve the ending was hard to wait because the end was really catching. Prison playbook I started twice and both times left unfinished. I have watched several episodes up to the point where the main lead was transferred to a new prison but something still was enough for me to stick with it. Don't know, maybe will give it another try one day. And I'm currently watching My liberation notes and am loving it. Don't have anything to say since it's not finished yet and I'm still in the middle episodes but it is interesting to watch now.

Not everyone is into grim politicials with a bunch of world building 😂 I guess 😂 Arthdal need a while to grow on me! Glad you enjoyed MLB, Vincenzo, and Crazy Love! Prison Playbook took me a long time to finish the episodes up until the male lead got transferred too 😭 But my cousin told me it was good so I kept going back and it actually got better, so hopefully you will find yourself up to it one day!

I left vincenzo after 2nd episode.. I think I am gonna give it a try again.. one of the drama that pulled me over kdrama world was descendants of the sun and I was instantly song jeong ki fan but later I watched his other kdrama named the innocent man like I watched 5 episodes and I was like I am never watching his work again.. but later I gave arthradal chronicals try and I left after 2 episodes again and now I was sure that this dude picks worst script and DOTS was just a jackpot.. later my bestfriend who is also kdrama watcher insisted to watch vincenzo which I did and I left after 2-3 epi..
