I have experienced it in my 5th standard ...it was so hard to me...we can use the neem leave's paste with 3pinch of turmeric powder to apply on the affected place in the face...and avoid hard foods...and we can use curd rice with shallots (cheriya ulli)...no spicy food in take..within two weeks it will clear but from 9th day we have to fill a bucket of normal water with some bunch of neem leaves and 1tea spoon of turmeric powder and then keep the bucket in the sun after 10 o'clock in the morning to get warm and after one hour that is at 11o' clock we can take the water and use it for normal bath without using any soap..then 11th day this same process should be done by us and then again we have to do it in 13th day also...so after getting the recovery we have to take 3times neem leaves water bath...
