Back to paradise! My best friend went to Kauai as a teenager, and told his parents, "It would be better to be a homeless person here, than a rich person in a mansion back in Washington State." LOL, not sure he understood the psychology, but what an impression. We're thinking of doing Formula 1 at Elara in 2024 or 2025, now that we own Elara.

That’s pretty large space for just 1 bedroom. We’re going there next month with our friends , staying at the 2 BR one. Is booking in a 2nd story better than 1st floor?

There are no elevators, so it just depends on lugging up the suitcases or not. I am a sound sleeper and I didn't notice any noice from above, but that would be the other consideration. I had a view of the golf course where I was so a higher floor would not have been that different.
