KE100 Flywheel Key, Low Compression

I get my KE100 running, then run into some problems. Hilarity does not ensue. I go to The Handbuilt Motorcycle Show and MotoGP instead of ride.

Thanks for posting this. I have same bike, 1979 KE100. Has just 2600 miles, always starts 1-3 kicks. This morning, first kick i heard a noticeable metallic CLICK/snap sound, and then it would not fire at all. I think my flywheel shear pin snapped as yours did.

What kind of piston did you order for it and where
