I will have my review of the commercial shears public here shortly. I did a large cleanup with this. 2,000+ cuts with 60% battery left!! These shears are amazing!

I've got the 25mm version. They'll cut thru just about anything that fits in their jaws. And if you do a series of smaller cuts, can chew thru 2-3" branches. They are heavy duty - nothing 'homeowner' about them - batteries will give a thousand or more snips (my guess because no counter). I mainly use them for winter rose pruning but use them on all my trees and shrubs - nothing stops them. I've pretty much stop using manual pruning shears (still carry around a pair on my hip holster but often I never even use them). These Kebteks essentially eliminate any need to carry around loppers - if it's too big for the shears, I end up using my tree saw or chainsaw. I've got a couple of palms - wish I knew about the commercial version and extension pole - I've had to get out my extension ladder and use my loppers - a dangerous thing since the palms are on a slope.

@@Something2LookAt We have had a LOT of wind here this year for some reason and I have had to cut up tons of small branches in order to get them in a can for the trash to take away. I have done it more this summer than the rest of the 20 years I have lived where I am combined. I used loppers or just snapped them over my knee. Every time I have thought about this tool. I have to get one sooner or later.

Could you cutt a golf ball in half with the 40mm shear and respond back if it cutts it clean and easy with one trigger pull...I need to cutt alot of golf balls soon for my sons school art project and this just might be the ticket. thx.

I haven't tried it but I'm certain that it will. BUT, you would need to be extremely careful! It cuts very fast and would send the golf ball halves flying! I can try it this weekend if you like.

Have you tried the queen palms? I see the neighbor has some, no one has tried the queens.

@@miltonbassett1303 Those little mini hand held electric chain saws work very good. They would be great for queen palms. About the size of a pistol.
