Juan Mireles Yup. It's the reason out country has gone to shit. But to be fair a lot of it has to do with union bullshit making it actually illegal to take care of public property purely as a citizen, since the state considers it "taking away a union workers job". Unbeleivable.

I have been thinking about doing some pressure washing jobs this year. One thing I have been debating though is the need of a buffer tank. If I had my own water supply, could I charge more? Could I get enough jobs to justify doing it at all if I have to use a water hook up on the property? Some info I would really like to see from you on this subject would be that, and in depth on all of your equipment. I know you have talked about your equipment but now that you have used it all more. Especially the washer itself. I have a Troy Bilt washer but it is my mom's. I would rather buy my own and the Predator washer looks nice. So question time lol How good has the Predator washer been? Would you have gotten anything else? Is the edger attachment worth it? I have seen those listed for like $70. How well has your surface cleaner worked? Do you use chemicals? How do you bid/price? Could you give us a "review" on all of your pressure washing equipment and attachments after using them a while? I know this is a lot of info to ask at one time but I think that covering this in a video would be a great help to a lot of people. Thank you Mike for what you do here on youtube and your time to read this.

Yes, eventually I probably will do a general review on all this stuff. But I can answer a few things now. Yea, having your own tank would be nice because pretty often the customer's hose is a disaster and as much as you can bring your own hose, many times their hose doesn't unscrew easy and becomes an issue. Having your own tank would help with reach too. You're generally out by the road and that's where your tank will be too. And heck yes, charge more for using your own water! Predator makes 2 of them, a 3100 psi and a smaller one. Get the bigger one. That's what I got. It performs like the old 4000 psi washer I used to have. Really a great little machine! There's no regulator on it tough. It's always just wide open at 3100 psi all the time. Might be able to add a regulator. I don't use chemicals because I'm sensitive to them. But I hear that pool chlorine does the trick. I will be trying a citrus based cleaner soon. The edger attachment is not worth $70. I paid $50 and the price seems to have gone up since my first video. Probably because of my first video. But whatever. It's like lawn equipment, the prices don't matter. But that thing, as much as it works really well, should only be about $30. They'd sell a lot of them if they lowered their price. The flat surface cleaner works perfect!! I highly recommend it. Karcher. Yea, prices, a small driveway would be like $50, a big one like mine $100. And it's just like with the lawns. Every time you do one, someone sees you and asks you to clean theirs. The jobs just come with no advertising. Don't worry about that. And this equipment costs way less than lawn equipment anyway. :) Have fun with it! Highly addictive though, just warning ya.!
