感觉听这期,虽然没意愿回国,但是听听对比,可以从比较大的框架来理解公司架构和文化还有各种角色之间的合作。我自己比较喜欢的讨论的几点是 1.three axies of roles for a company: story telling/execution, emotional/rational, supporting/customer facing 2.the request driven communication would create a natural boundary and conflict ; 3.business culture is the byproduct of business model and will shift the power/weight of each type of role; 4, three reasons of failed to collaborate between teams: information misalignment, differences in criteria of success, interests misalignment.
