That looks beautiful and delicious! It brings back happy memories of our trip to the UK years ago and our many amazing breakfasts. We stayed at B&Bs all over and I can still remember Mary Milburn's breakfast up near the Lake District as the gold medal champion.

I recently moved to the USA and this and proper fish and chips (not fish fingers french fries and hush puppies!!!!) are the two things I miss most. Thankfully I have sourced a good butcher who gets back bacon, cumberland sausages black pudding (and liver) so I do make them, and the local store has even started stocking HP! I love this channel as it is straight up and down no gimmicks no waffle just interesting and entertaining cooking with a great host.

Hashbrowns are the centerpiece of every good breakfast! Hashbrowns alone with any one of the proteins would be an excellent start to your day! I also love posh ketchup like that, some of that on the side please.

Myself, I love tomatoes, so those would be in my dream breakfast. I would never say no to any potato either, and it wouldn't trouble me at all if they weren't traditional. I did notice you steered clear of the Tomato Slicing Debate: around the equator or pole-to-pole.

Funny thing with tomatoes - I've never thought of this before but if I'm halving them I do the equator, if it's quarters I do pole-to-pole.

So love this recipe and try to copy here in Ca. One thing I really miss from my roots in Manchester that I cannot find here are good sausage. Bacon ,no prob, tomatoes, home grown. Beans are easy to find. and of course a good cuppa of PG Tips tea which I have no trouble finding. I agree with the brown sauce, I always have HP in my fridge. I love hash browns or you could make chopped potatoes just as easily. Good job Keef.

this looks good. i wish my air fryer was bigger haha! top tip: daddies brown sauce bottles aren't a top-down design even though the large flat lid may suggest it. notice how the label is upside down? that stuff is so runny anyway there's no need to store it like that. i noticed i was doing that for ages and wondering why the lid was always caked in old sauce. there's no built in valve thing like in ketchup bottles

Lovely looking breakfast, sir. Clonakilty in Cork and Stornaway in Scotland may disagree about who makes the best black pudding 😃 Not a "beans for breakfast" guy, myself; preferring tomatoes instead. I do like hash browns (or potato bread) and white pudding on me plate (Note to self: buy a bigger plate 😃)

Hi keef, just used the air fryer for first time. Quick question, a normal fan oven runs about 20° hotter than a non fan (I have always had a gas oven so have no idea about electric ovens) does the air fryer run hotter as well.? ❤

No, convection ovens (and air fryers) are 20C COOLER than regular ovens. I mean, that's the effect of the fan circulating the hot air.

No, anything that works in a regular oven will work in this. And it comes with a baking sheet and a wire tray.

I'm in Australia once they gave me baby spinach and i poached the 2 eggs were great and hot potato chips in lieu of hash browns cost 10 pounds got fresh orange juice too. Also only HP sauce really. enjoy your volgs

I have the baked-beans-touching-egg phobia. There seems to be a reaction between the slightly acidic sauce and the protein in the egg, resulting in a "farty" after-taste which I really don't like. It's the same with tomato juice, so I also keep those at a safe distance from my eggs, too. Egg and tomato sandwiches are a complete no-no for me :)
