I love the first four albums. I really love KEEL 1987 cause I was 13 and Cherry Lane was my song cause I sung to every girl that would listen and let me go down down down on Cherry Lane.

Wow Keel used to dig them a lot in the 80’s. Haven’t listened to them in quite a while. Lay Down The Law, and self titled from what I remember were the best albums. Also discovered Keel through Steeler🤘🏻

I saw Keel back in the day, met some of the guys, went to their 25th Anniversary show in L.A., whatever. "Speed Demon". DOES rule. Keel's legit lifespan died by about 1988. Stay well Ralph!

I fucking love Keel. Such an underrated band and the first four albums are essential 80's Metal. Even though they got poppy later on, I still have always felt that they have a solid foundation in Traditional Heavy Metal. Ron Keel has some of the most epic screams in Metal. Great to see them get some love.

KEEL is on of my all time favorite bands!! My favorite album of theirs is the self titled album and I really think if they would have lead off the album with Cherry Lane (My personal favorite KEEL song!) instead of Somebody's Waiting, it might have been a lot bigger!! Ron is one hell of a guy too! I've met the man three times, and after the first time I met him, each of the other times, without prompting, he remembered my name and where we met before. I was up front for one of his acoustic shows, Ron came up on stage to make sure everything was ready to go, looked down and saw me, walked over, extended his hand and said, "Glenn!! It's so good to see you!! I'm so glad you could make it." We talked for almost a half hour after the show....he's just one of the nicest guys I've ever met, rock star or not. Big fan of the music. Big fan of the man in general. Not to mention, he gave us the RIGHT TO ROCK!! 😀🤘

I really liked KEEL back in the day they were 3 tier type of band in those years like Krokus, Kix, Helix, Black N Blue, Autograph to name a few that tried to hit to hard but just would not get it!!! Love all those bands by the way salute man keep these videos coming!!!

Great show Ralph! I hope you are well. Loved Keel back in the day. I saw them open for Quiet Riot in 1986 and they kicked ass. The crowd was rabid for Keel and half of them left before Quiet Riot came on. I met Ron and Dwain that night and they were very cool. Like Honky Tonk Buffalo, I believe if "Cherry Lane" was the first single off the self-titled album that it would have been more successful. Cheers!

Killer band! My favorite is the 87 album. The shred on the 87 album is loaded with killer guitar solos. Bryan Jay and Marc Ferrari absolutely SHRED on that record. Yes it’s very polished but god damn it’s so good. That record should’ve gave them all the fame in the world.

I saw Keel open for Krokus on the final night of The Final Frontier tour in Louisville KY at the Louisville Gardens. Krokus and the road crew came out and threw flour and cake all over Keel. They blew Krokus off the stage. IT was Krokus Change of Address tour.

They were good.i like the fourth one (Keel) less. I found they were a bit too much pop. The three first are great. They did a few good songs latter. But Keel is the first three albums 🤘
