Great player and great tones! I’m glad you brought up how the TS fits into a mix in a band setting. Figuring that out was foundational in my understanding of tone and gain stacking. It was like that point in chemistry class where I finally understood balancing equations.

I think of a TS like salt. On its own it can kinda be wack but its exactly what make a good dish or solo pop and stand out in the mix.
