That last passage beginning @8:37 was all I needed to hear. I am mostly in that zone ( clean to mild breakup ) nice to hear this on a Tele too. I’m about to drop in a set of SD Alnico II pros into my Tele and this pedal could be icing on the cake. Thx Mike !!

How about a side by side with the gold Super Phat Mod? Would like to know how different they really are. My SPM seems to do nearly what I’ve been hearing in demos. I use an eq pedal to dial out the bothersome mids on my gold pedal. Would really care for a side by side before I buy this. Great vid as always MH thanks!

They could have added that switch on a possible Super Phat Mod v2. But it is more profitable to create a new pedal with the Andy Timmons name that obviously costs more.

I spend about 5 seconds on a demo. If I like what I'm hearing thus far, I go check the price. So Mr. Herman's demo is gonna sound way better that what I'm gonna squeeze from this pedal. I like it. Still... I'll pause on the "buy now". Guess I'll just keep practicing.

My kind of pedal. Simple, and with the right tweak to fatten it up when desired. A pedal like this is equally adaptable for buckers or singles. I've owned too many pedals that feel like an either or proposition. I owned the JHS Andy pedal which is great, but too amp-in-a-box for me at the time. This is the sort of pedal that works for me. I like a pedal to give me enough of a boost while remaining musical and warm. I'll definitely give this one a try.

Low/medium drive levels is where this pedal shines. It will do high gain, but there are better pedals for that IMO.

Before watching this there was only 1 Keeley pedal that impressed me, the one with the moon on it. After watching this there is still only 1 Keeley pedal that has impressed me, the one with the moon on it.
