Man, Keeley is a company that continues to improve and put out incredible sounding stuff. Nice job Robert, and Mike!

I have an incredible team that makes magic happen. They push towards making everything the best possible. Mike on the other had, total trouble maker, never leaves room for me to complain. ;-)

Mike makes me want to buy every single pedal he plays in this channel. I don't think his playing is suited for this job, he is just too darn good. Everything sounds awesome. Great playing!

I just put #24 from this run on my board. IMO if you’re a guy who doesn’t like the way typical overdrives clip and distort...this IS what you’re looking for. It adds dynamics and sparkle to you clean and gives you a rich complex breakup that does not sound like any typical “pedal” but more like an amp. This pedal also does a great fuzz-face type sound but retains more clarity. It’s a killer and it’s a keeper.
@DP-hn6rl6 жыл бұрын
Also worth noting is that if you dial this one in with your volume knob at 8-9, then you can clean up much more than is shown here but turn up to 10 for a roaring Hendrix-esque fuzz👍🏻 I was worried this wouldn’t clean up all the way, but it does.

Great sounding pedal. Great playing as always.

When Mike plays like that, and the pedal sounds so good, you have to buy the pedal. And hope you sound as good as Mike. Which nobody ever can. :)

Whoa! How did you just make Back in Black an awesome fusion tune? I could listen to that all day. Also, the pedal sounds like awesome power tube gain. Keeley FTW.

How is this different than the Germanium Super Phat Mod?

kdrake777 it’s the same thing different paint job. Big deal you can’t play paint.

Someone posted the same question on Instagram and they replied that this new one has the gain stage maxed out vs the standard Germanium SPM.

Is this only different from the Germanium Super Phat Mod by it's case? Is the circuit the same?
@aaroncurtis44766 жыл бұрын
TheMfhorton my understanding is that this one has the gain stage maxed out whereas the other does not.

Demos make the Germanium Super Phat Mod sound incredible... I owned one for a short while. What isn’t as apparent, though, is how damn bright the pedal is. It cuts out a LOT of bass and is alarmingly sharp and bright. Too much treble, even on the Phat setting.
@RobertKeeleyTV6 жыл бұрын
The Super Phat Mod, or its relatives, shouldn't cut any bass really. I have a feeling something might have been wrong with yours from that description. There is no bass cut anywhere near say, what a tube screamer, etc, would have. It is full range. So give another one a try some day please!
@wgb010016 жыл бұрын
Robert Keeley Yeah, I mean I was surprised at how bright it was and was expecting something much more full range. It was brand new so I doubt something was wrong with it. Perhaps just not a great fit for my amp? Like I said, though, the demos sound incredible but in person it was quite harsh. It’s all good though.

wgb01001 Mine is the same, tone knob needs to be rolled all the way back to be tolerable

Mine is the same way. I have all three versions. The retro, I cannot use it . Its too bright and thin sounding. I love the other two versions.

This comment was a while ago so not sure if this will be helpful... I typically use mine with Tone dialed back a bit (like 9-10 o clock) and Nitro (which is gain) turned up quite a bit (typically like noon - fully dimed) and volume at whatever I like. I think it is absolutely amazing in that setting. I esp like how it does the clean up thing for example if I dial back vol of neck-PU quite a bit and turn up the bridge on my guitar I can easily switch from a ff-type cleanish sound to hands down rock just by switching PU selector. Same when you stay on one PU and use PU-Vol on your axe for that. I think it's definitely worth digging a bit into how to make best use this pedal. I absolutely love it.

Shipping is only $35. There was a mistake on the shipping when you added a Tee Shirt! The shipping changed to $70. Sorry about that. One of my buddies from Canada pointed it out yesterday and I fixed it. Shipping is $35 for International Express.

We had a mistake on the site. We love Canadians 'Onopus! We even did three custom models earlier this year for my visit to Canada and the GTA.
