That rendition of While My Guitar Gently Weeps was simply stunning.

Smooth licks, bro. I like how you were able to express all those different phrasings through various tones and amount of fuzz, as well as type of guitar set-up, pick-ups, make,fret-board mat'l, string thicknesses and types, as well as pick/fingering style. Very smooth and hear-felt!

Bought One, :) A very loud and bright pedal. In Flat mode I seem to lose all bottom end (Bass Cut) and my Strat sounds so bright, a high treble boost, not the normal EQ as stated. (into a Marshall DSL401). Therefore to get a flat response and the bottom end back I need it in Phat mode with the tone at about 11 o'clock. It's so loud, I find I need to turn the amp down so I can have the pedal gain at about 10:30 and volume at 10:00. It has such a great crunchy Fuzziness. Really opens up and gives such a clear fresh tone. Great sounding and very responsive

Mike Hermans continues to contribute to the impoverishment of guitarists everywhere with yet another stunning demo of a new product. Guess I'll get my cardboard sign and go stand by the roadside and panhandle for a few days.This has got to stop. :)

That sounded just great! Want one :) But, will it play nice with a buffered signal?
@RobertKeeleyTV7 жыл бұрын
Yes, we've taken care of the concern by placing the germanium amplifier in the center of the SPM design. You don't have to worry like you might with a standard fuzz face like germanium fuzz.
@josefeld71646 жыл бұрын
Robert Keeley that is awesome, always a bummer If pedals dont work with a buffer.

I like this but D&M covers more bases. If you got a Tubescreamer or Klon-stlye pedal (eg EHX Soul Food) and the SPM Ge you would be set. No need for a D& M.

I've got a d&m and it's great, this sounds very different; and very good. I say get both
