Keelung to Taipei by local train on board of the newest local trains in Taiwan TRA EMU 900 train

Keelung is a harbour city, not far away from Taipei (& New Taipei), mega city and capital of Taiwan.
Between Keelung & Taipei, there are many busses and of course you will find the trains. These trains are mainly local trains (some of them still go pretty far into the country) but there are some long distance trains on this route as well. In this video, we'll take a closer look at the Keelung railway station, the newest regional trains in Taiwan, the EMU 900 (introduced in 2021) and of course the views from the train along the route between Keelung & Taipei in Taiwan.

It absolutely is, I will make a train journey around the main island as well. Last weekend I went to the Bong Bong train and on the way back from Luodong to Taipei I was really amazed by the views. This is really something people don't know about. Taiwan is absolutely amazing so far (and I haven't seen the prettiest parts yet).
