I made this with beef keema today. Same procedure -- same no of whistles. It was brilliant. Thank you Benazir. I appreciate your step-by-step procedure with accurate measurements. I put about 150g of whisked curd in with the 1 cup water in the 2nd part of the recipe. I also didnt put in garam masala and kasoori methi. It was still great.
