I actually had a similar thing back when I was on emerald episode 2 or 3. I tried a flash game but it only got a few hundred views. Once you establish your niche, seems like you have to take baby steps towards different games, not a whole series jump. I'm sure you're figuring out youtube as you get into it. I'm getting obsessed with youtube analytics, so much so that I might make a different channel dedicated to that sometime down the line. Anyway getting ahead of myself. Thanks Alvaro! Yeah it's a different take on pokemon from the emerald series. One is a vanilla children's game, while the other is competitive against real opponents. Different audience, one just happens to be smaller than the other. And that's fine because I love both and being able to switch between them keeps things fresh for me. Yeah it's a nice change of pace from Emerald. One series is a children's game, while one is online competitive against other people. I love both of them but it's two sides of the same coin that may attract different audiences, so I'm glad it's doing decently well as a series. Also can't go wrong with pepperoni. I ignored these showdown videos at first but honestly i think i like them even more than the emerald videos at this point, all the different pokemon and moves and variables gives so much for the personalities to play off each other with. My go-to topping is classic pepperoni and sausage. That said, digornio has some bogan ass croissant bread crust pizzas that i tried recently with pep and sausage. That shit must be unhealthy as well being croissant bread layers with pizza but omg it was so good

@@Dylxan327 if you do get it, I recommend cooking the pizza maybe like 1 or 2 minutes less than what it says on the box. That way the croissant bits are nice and soft but still crispy at the end!

oh ya man I'm a big random battles guy, I think i was top 200 back in gen 7. It's a blast and the easiest way to get into competitive pokemon, because no one has a fundamental team building advantage. Just gotta work with what you're given. And they do a good job balancing it.

Yeah once you get to the high ladder, everyone knows every set and utilizes the damage calculator, so it just becomes a big mind game. I compare it to chess as well, but as if both you and your opponent are forced to make a move at the same time in chess instead of turn based.

Google "pokemon showdown extension" and choose the showdown randbats tooltip. There are a couple showdown extensions but that's the one I use. It might just be available on google chrome, I'm not entirely sure.

Bruh Joe's voice has been so weird lately for some reason. Which is so strange because I've changed nothing about the software. He's just extra slow now, and there's a southern accent a lot of the time. I had to regenerate his text a lot. And even then, when he would speak he would take like a second pause after every like 3rd word. The editing on his voice took me more time than donald's and obama's combined. Stuff I gotta figure out. not sure why it's happening.
