Pls am low porosity, my hair itchy around 3days of washing my hair and on the 4th and 5th days I will be seeing build ups, pls what will I do to at least wear my hair for 2weeks before washing again.

Unfortunate I have more than just sebum on my scalp. Actually I thought everyone did. I get normal skin shedding on my scalp so this would not work for me.

My scalp is on FIRE after eight or nine days without a shampoo. Even though I have been sebum-spreading for a few months. I love clean hair/clean scalp.

It's not just you. Scalp is skin and needs to be cleaned regularly like the rest of our body that sheds skin too. So I wouldn't do this either.

Well Africa is a large place so people did different things depending on the country. I'm Nigerian, and older ladies used to put water and palm butter in their hair.

Ur hair is gonna smell. You have to use acv, lemon, or something. That's like washing your body with water for 5 weeks. People use your common sense. If you don't want to use shampoo fine. Research natural or ayurvedic options.
