Hi, was trying this instruction keep head still at the range. Here my feed back. I thinj this is a good drill for with small swing. What happen is we have more the feel of your arm rotating around your spine. This being said, this is definitly not a good though for full swing except if your very, very flexible. You can Hurt yourself badly. Don't do that. Still, doing the drill what I finally figure out is that what is the more important is to keep the head Centered relatively to you spine. China back. Doing so the head will can point point backward while rotating but will still be Centered. Remember that the head is about 5 to 10 kg, at the very top of the body, so it really not something negligeable to manage the balance. Keep the gréât job Michele.

Man, I can't wait to try again. My swing looks amd feels like an old rusted out steam shovel digger, something they must have used to trench out the Panama Canal 100 years ago. I so excited 😊.

Thanks Michele. This is so key. My restricted turn is most likely due to that fixed head at address position. A subtle tilt in the take away would be so liberating. Can't wait to try.

There's a "one-eye" drill where you shut your left eye to make sure you don't move "too much." Do you support this?

Your videos are great. I've recently learned the importance of hip rotation in relation to club and I was wondering if you could do a video on that.

Are you located near Phily Michelle. I love your coaching style. My swing is like a one man wrecking ball taking out windows left and right. I need help. 😫
