Following the somber part of a New Orleans funeral procession, once the body has been laid to rest, the band breaks into a joyous song and all the mourners begin to dance.
Today, in honor of those who have lost their lives, the families suffering, the responders on the front lines and in acknowledgement of Mother Earth, we say: KEEP YOUR HEAD UP!
