Matt this one was one of your best. The breakdown of that coil and showing it back and forth was so good to comprehend that mechanic. Seeing Judges nines move in a circle backwards like that really shows the upper and lower working opposite to create that stretch and explosion was perfect. This is going to be a multiple watch for me and my guys.

A trick I learned from my travel coach to help keep your head still, is to bite your shirt while you are taking BP or tee work

Doesn’t work. I promise you I had the same problem back in little league. If your head is pulling off it typically means you’re too rotational in the upper half and you need to address that.

James Coleman I can see were that is true but it addressed the rotation issue you mentioned as well. If you over rotated up top, biting your shirt/Jersey will give your upper body resistance ergo slowing down rotation, thus reducing head movement in the process. But hey different stuff works for different people.

I'd hate if his channel became nothing but RTTS or lets plays all day. I mean it'd be fine I guess but anybody can do that really (it's more interresting if your a celebrity) but videos like this make his channel stand out! I love that he does both, I mean there's channels with instructional videos all day and there's channels with lets plays, really not any (that I've found) that are both.
