So wait after 5-7 nethersck is filtered theu a hopper a that’s will spawn? How the hell do I stop the ghost from spawning and destroying everything

So by taking the Soul Sand in and out of a Hopper it resets each time, in between filtering Netherrack if that makes sense. It's weird a Ghast can spawn above that, but it can happen - also breaks the Hopper (might be worth doing a quick test in a random world with cheats on)

Since 2018 I've been in many old Minecraft communities! The Mango Pack sort of slowly forged itself from them

For now I recommend Multi MC, as some of the mods from the mods folder didn’t play nice. However, in the next update it may be a possibility! Will keep this noted 👍
