Spearing came through the academy, it's not like we paid for him. When he's been called on he's done what was asked of him and he can proud of that. Jay isn't the most technical player so I'd say for his height and physicality he's done amazing. He's always held his own. Hope he has a long and successful career, here or not.

I commented 5th Sept 2012 as we lie 3rd from bottom scoring two goals fewer than the bottom team! We must beware of the drop for we are not even good enough for top half of this league with the players we have kept. If we had sold and bought better we would be fit for 6th or 7th but we didnt.
