I have the 1st iteration of the same grey/red LS50W and I'm completely in love with them since the day I bought them. Actually, for stereo music listening, I'm so happy with them that the upgrade bug is gone. I know there are much more expensive and fancy setups, and for many audiophiles, the amp/speaker matching game is an endless and fun rabbit hole...but for me, these are my end of the road. And I suspect it could be the case for many other people out there, they are super convenient on all fronts, and they sound great 👍👍

@@HomeTheaterHobbyist Btw, be sure to try them with all possible inputs. In v1, it has been well established in the forums that, for some reason, they sound best when fed through analog input. Yes, I know about their internal DAC, but I tested this at home and indeed, they sound best when fed through my Burson DAC with Clear OpAmps. There is a clear difference vs optical and USB. Can't confirm if it's the same case with the v2 Meta.

With the extra sub, you will be content with this system for years. You will need to break them in cos they do sound taught at first but after they loosen the sound/feel like a ripple in a pond, fluidic!
