Muy bien si estas practicando los ejercicios de kegel .. esta practica te va ayudar mucho para mantener tú vagina estrecha. Debe tener mucho cuidado con el estrecho de tú vagina si eres joven, al final el tractor ya no encajará, después de lo cual vas a necesitar un dilatador un falo médico. Existe la mala práctica sexual de valorar más el tamaño de los genitales que otros factores que realmente influyen en el placer sexual. En el caso de la vagina, es conocido el mito de que mientras más estrecha esté, habrá mayor satisfacción; sin embargo, no es así. Primero hay que destacar que la vagina es un conducto que tiene mucha elasticidad. Los músculos que están alrededor de nuestro suelo pélvico es lo que nos dará estrechez o rigidez. Por ejemplo, cuando hay excitación los músculos se relajan y cuando no lo hay se contraen. Cabe resaltar que esta anatomía cambiará mientras se va envejeciendo. En primer lugar, hay que indicar que el tener una vagina estrecha no es sinónimo de placer; lo que realmente da placer vaginal es la compatibilidad vaginal, porque la vagina es elástica en sí. “Hay mujeres que tienen vaginas estrechas y no tienen placer. En cambio, hay mujeres que tienen una vagina amplia y su placer sexual es muy bueno. Por eso va a depender de la compatibilidad vaginal que tengas con tu pareja. Hay gente que es muy suertuda, que tiene una pareja con el tamaño perfecto para ella. Y aunque tú y tu pareja no tengan compatibilidad genital, esto no significa que deban terminar. Quiero decir, que para todo hay solución; si tiene una vagina estrecha o amplia se puede acceder a la cirugía, siempre y cuando la persona con vulva califique para este procedimiento. Ante esto, agregó que no necesariamente la razón de la incompatibilidad es por el tamaño del pene, sino también por la tonificación pélvica vaginal, “para saber hasta que punto podemos aceptar un pene más corto o más largo. “Si bien la vagina tiene la capacidad de tener placer, también depende de lo que haya en la mente para sentir placer. Este es un aspecto netamente subjetivo, porque el sexo debe sentirse satisfactorio y no presentar molestias físicas." Las mujeres a partir de la menopausia, necesita hacer ejercicios de kegel. La mayoría de las mujeres comienza con su nueva vida de la menopausia y no lo practica. Debería practicar los ejercicios de kagel a diario y no descuidar la vida sexual es realmente saludable y estético es decir psicológico para las mujeres mayores. imprescindible para todas clases de mujeres.

Kegel exercises strengthen your pelvic floor muscles and urinary sphincter. Stronger muscles can help you stop the bladder from contracting on its own.
