@user-fr5hm8ot8e you gonna always expect all of humanity to bow down to the elite and keep their boot on our neck? Or you want shit to change, crazy how full of fear some folks are. You guys think about just this moment, and allow these people to keep pushing us down. Which is why a genocide is happening in the first place.

let’s not forget kehlani never flopped, she took a SELF PROCLAIMED industry leave for her own mental and for herself ! being famous isn’t for everyone and she’s always made it clear she isn’t in this business for fun, she has always wanted to make a real difference in this world, never chased fame never wanted that status, just wanted to feed her family & use her voice in a way she loves, not necessarily to be famous…so never play with her status yall! she definitely is an Og along side jhene & tinashe for making r&b what it has become today in this generation specifically! love kehlani she will always win in my eyes
@stunnachaar7 ай бұрын
she became depressed in 2016 after a public breakup with partynextdoor, then became further depressed in 2017 after releasing her debut album “sweetsexysavage” because of the comments media was making & pressure of dealing with fame & not being used to it, so she left the industry summer of 2017 & didn’t return til 2019 & even since then til this day she chose to just make music & not promote it thru industry help because she doesn’t like the pressure of being famous, she never wanted to be famous she’s said many times…that’s why this new “crash” album comeback is so eccentric because its the first time she’s returning to her label with a full industry rollout !

Nope, apparently all the clean water that was ever accessible or donated was thrown into abandoned buildings so that citizens couldn’t have access or know where it was. I remember seeing pictures of them floating around on Twitter and people were MAAAAAAD, as they should be.

@KrissyKayyyThat's an unrealistic rebutal seeing that people have been, but, just like with the Palestine protests, it hasn't yielded much result in getting the government to care. Those people lost everything and are still being blown to pieces despite the hashtags and emojis. We can shout and hold up cardboard into the new year. Literally go out in flames and get only news coverage, no change. Starbucks stock drops aren't really scaring anyone important. Nothing will change unless things shut down for more than a few hours, infrastructure would have to take a long hit for anyone with pull to actually consider doing right by other human beings.

listen we have discussions comparing this artist to MJ and that artist to MJ- and there's no denying that Beyonce is the greatest entertainer of our time but in terms of Activism? Standing and upholding what's right while giving a voice to those who are voiceless like MJ???? using art to drill into the masses- Kehlani IS the one & the two. Nobody is doing it like her. Risking her celebrity like her. And she's BEEN doing this- whether it be for other artists rights and owning the rights to their art to straight political activism BEEN riding for her. Kehlani beyond being a one of one musician is just a genuinely beautiful human being
