I LOVED this match. It really showed us the real dynamics between bokuto and akaashi (and fukurodani’s team too). And it’s really sad that there’s a possibility we may never see it animated. 😢

I agree with everything above. Such a critical match for the entire series and would be devastating to not see it animated

@@aniessays I also think this match is essential in order to understand bokuto’s character development in the Adlers vs MSBY match. It would be so awkward to see Bokuto just, “transforming”into someone who doesn’t get “moods” anymore without showing us any context. Hopefully they have plan to connect everything accurately lol (i hope)

I’m praying we get an OVA like we did for Nekoma’s qualifying matches

The way he snaps back after an emotional breakdown really made him one of the most relatable characters 😭need to see the match animated T_T

I truly love Akaashi. There is just something about him that makes me so happy. Seeing a video about my favorite character really makes my day. If this match doesn't get animated, I might be really upset, lol.

LIfe's been hitting me hard with things outside of my control, so I really needed this. Always loved the Fukurodani vs Mujinazaka game so the message just become even more special.

Oml it's like every character on their own is a thesis on how to become a better human. Thankyou Furudate and everyone who helped in making this story, and thanks to content creators like you who give light to such masterful storytelling.

I took his line of "I want to try it" as hes going against his over thinking in that moment and fully following his want to do it over the "optimal" play. But i do think what you say in the video makes sense. I Great video!

i love this video so much. akaashis character has always been so comforting to me- because i can really reconcile with him alot of the times. the match with mujinazaka is one of my favorites- it's really bokuaka's peak. normally akaashi is the one comforting bokuto, but here we realize that- not only does akaashi know how to cheer up bokuto, but bokuto can cheer him up the same way akaashi does for him. thank you for this video, I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!!!

Thank you so much for making this video. For all the epic matches there are in Haikyuu, none of them have changed me like this one. Task Focus is something I've really needed in my life, and I've also heard of something similar in sports psych called Nonjudgemental Awareness that's similar. It's helped me greatly in Taekwondo and other fields of life. Then Bokuto's "Focus on what's fun, not what's easy" truly helped me enjoy challenging thigs more and appreciate hard work. BokuAka's philosophies really stuck with me, so it's nice to see them acknowledged and loved in analyses.

I never click so fast on a video. Thank you so much for making this. Akaashi has been the character that i feel related to and inspired from the most in anime. His "Task focus" is something I remind myself everytime I over worrying about thing I cannot control . It also saves me from being swept by the flow of negative information everyday. I can totally get why Kageyama looks up to Akaashi so much , he feel jealous with Tsukki for practiced with Akaashi and even defended him and explained his action in the game agains Mujizanaka. 😂

Kageyma mostly looks up to Akaashi because he's an older setter that didn't tried to hit him...lol. And well, Kageyama's mind is very simple. If you're a senpai, he respects you (that the japanese mindset). And if in addition to that you're a setter, he respects you even more. Kageyama didn't had a lot of occasions to talk about volleyball with a setter. When you know Kageyama's backstory, you undserstand even more why. Besides, Akaashi too, looks up to Kageyama as a skilled setter.

I need to see Fukurodani vs Mujinuzaka animated, just to see Bokuto’s emergence as a star and Akaashi’s breakdown and breakthrough. Also, since you’re watching RWTW, I hope you make some videos because I LOVE that anime!!
