Very nice Mark. You're getting me fired up to build my own. Iv'e built most of Bill Deans KK designs so far, and this monster will make a nice contrast to my little KK Elf. Looking forward to the next episodes.

Thank you very much for the kind comment, really pleased you are enjoying the videos. The Gypsy is a great build, and as you say, a good size! 😀

Good morning Mark. Nice work by yourself but someone at Ripmax needs to sort that kit out. Very bad.

Thank you Terry, really appreciate the comment and support- onwards and upwards 😜

Will you be putting RDT on? Or just using a viscous timer to DT the model? Whereabouts do you fly out of interest?
@MarkRobinson5553 ай бұрын
I will be adding an RDT. I fly in northern England, in the Durham area

I don’t remember the original kit being that bad like the Ajax and Achilles, they were of high quality
@MarkRobinson5553 ай бұрын
Yes, they were, totally agree 👍

If the model is going to have rudder control is there going to be a need for a DT?
@MarkRobinson5553 ай бұрын
Hi, probably not as you could always use the rudder to spin it down, but just fancy having a DT as well as it is probably a better option to bring it down. Wont add much extra weight 😀

what printer do you use to print your plans, the sheets look bigger than a standard A4 printer?
@MarkRobinson5553 ай бұрын
I use an A3 printer, although I have used an A4 printer in the past

@@MarkRobinson555Thank you Mark, that was most helpful and I learnt a few new things about the print settings. Been using them for years and yet I am still learning 👍

With weight at the tail end in mind, will you be considering cutting lightning holes in the sub-fins?
@MarkRobinson5553 ай бұрын
Probably not, doubt it would make that much difference in the scheme of things, thank you for the suggestion 😀
