We rely on immigration to pick fruit/veg, care for us when sick or injured, care for us for when we’re elderly, drive our buses/trains the list goes on. Without immigration our country ceases to exist just the same as any other country. You make immigration sound like they’re not welcome here, they have no right to live or work/pay their taxes pay their way in society or to start a family. Those who come here aren’t just here for a free home, free money, free life they’re here because they want a better life for themselves or for their family away from war torn countries where they can feel safe. Put yourself in their shoes for a second I’m sure you wouldn’t appreciate someone being unwelcoming & pretty much heartless such as yourself, when escaping terror in your own country that you don’t want to leave but have no choice but to for your own safety. But for you to sit there and pass judgement like that just shows how little you understand immigration and how little class you have as a person. There are 2 types of immigration 1 : An economic migrant who travels from one country to another to improve their standards of living. An immigrant is : is someone who comes to live permanently in a foreign country. If you can’t understand the difference between the 2 then there’s something wrong with you. Either way there’s nothing wrong with foreign people coming to our country because they want to work pay taxes pay their way it’s not hard to understand🤷♀️💁🏾♀️. They stay in hotels because our government uses them as scapegoats for their failures and don’t want immigrants to work because then our government loses the argument right there. This isnt about immigration & them taking our jobs, homes getting a free handout this about our government trying to take away our human rights!! Even Braverman said it if you didn’t hear it then turn your hearing aid on what government are saying and trying to do to us by taking our human rights away!! sunak gets his hit backs from the past and researchers, he says nothing of the now because he has nothing to say, nothing to give and no one to turn to. Sunak is on his way out at last.

Mr Sunak should get ministers to go to the towns and cities they have let become shit holes and then tell uc claimants where are the jobs coming from ,there are no shops no retail tesco etc turning to self checkouts. Ggo and see the real deprivation and then tell uc claimants Where are these jobs.?

The ultimate test on these things is watching their faces when the opposite side speaks. Previously when challenged the Tories looked incredibly confident, now when you see them being hammered they look incredibly worried.

Despise the Tories, but despise smugness too. The whole UK Parliament is a freaking joke and insult to all Britons.

@@jonathanfell688 I think he maybe just means that there are better ways to organise debate and consensus in a modern democracy than the first-past-the-post system and the screaming match of the House of Commons.

@@jonathanfell688 I understand your frustration, and therefore your point. On any given day, I might express the same. But politicians of all stripes are too obsessed with fighting the political fight rather than fighting the fight for their constituents.

Funny how Sunak can accuse Starmer of saying things he didnt say, but when Cleverly gets accused of things he did say and denies it the accuser is told its unparliamentary to insist as he accuses him of being a liar….

Yes pay rises because people have been crushed by 13 years of austerity yet the public coffers are still dry! Come on Tories, tax the rich a little more, tax crazy utility profits and lower vat, because those measures will help ordinary people who have suffered so egregiously under your disastrous rule.
