Haha! Here the sun doesn't come up for like 40 days during the polar night. Bet most people can't even imagine that but it's pretty awesome. In the summertime the sun doesn't go down either. Think of it like this: you can only truly appreciate something when you lose it.

Last month, when I traveled to Spain, I was curious if there are very few restaurants in Europe or the US that serve soup, because in Taiwan, it’s very easy to find many different kinds of affordable soup. I can’t live without hotpot or soup-they really help me sleep well and keep my stomach warm.

I get sort of depressed when it gets dark earlier in the fall 🍁 especially here in Colorado when the sun goes down at 5:00.
@NoOne-h2f8 күн бұрын
It is weird... Only when I came to the internet did I see that it exists. Until then, I was actually believing that wintertime is the time of motivation. It is the time when you wake up normally at 6:00 am, with or before the sun. Not after. Also, just the cold weather and the wind. It just puts a smile on my face. So it was a surprise to me, and some of the things you have said here are things that the season makes me do. I don't know if I am the only one, but anyway. I hope your advice will help others. Thank you for another amazing video.

Heating pad is the BEST cheapest solution - it draws like a 100 watt light bulb or power - or less and it really does work for getting the bed and you warmer - it is 47 degrees outside - I run no House Heat yet - just have a heating pad on me always - then I go outside and do SOMETHING and come in and it's relatively warm

Some sound advice there. I hate this time of the year and have suffered from SAD most of my adult life though not as bad as I used to. I live in the UK near London and though our winters are not as cold as parts of the US like Boston & Chicago and elsewhere in Europe, they're so depressing due to loads of wind and rain making it feel colder than the actual temperature and by Christmas its dark by 4pm. Mentally felt like shit on waking up this morning though my mood improved after getting out for a run.

I agree with everything that you have said. Very good advices. We both are so similar that, we even have the same problems and difficulties in life. Seriously, if we were of same age and lived in the same place, we would definitely have been best friends. But, life is never fair.... I used to always wake up at 6:00am every morning since I was a small child until 2020, but now I do not care. I still cook my own lunch and dinner until today, but I do not care about the eating time anymore. I never went to the gym, because I never had to workout, as I am naturally born skinny person, but at the same time I can easily climb a mountain everyday as I live around there. I also hate winter season so much. Anyone who hates winter can go and live in the tropical countries like Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and many other countries, as I did for 7 years, because they have no winter season. I think most of your viewers do not like drinking TEA, that is kind of weird. Well you are not fully independent yet, so you have to follow and entertain your viewers, I understand. I think it will be better for your KZbin channel if I do not comment anymore. So I will not comment anymore. I just want to see how you will turn out after 10 years into the future. All the best. Goodbye!

I love that you were like "Thats what soup is for guys". I literally clapped and cheered. I've been trying to sell everyone I know on soups for a long time now. Soup is absolutely da bomb. I eat a lot of soup because its really healthy, super cheap, easy to make, easily variable by type, style and taste they often even taste better the next day, duuno why, they just do. Soups, stews, broths and casseroles are the best. You can even change up how you eat it. It can be eaten normally as you would any soup. It can be eaten with a pasta or with rice. You can eat it with bread, with chips, with a naan or a poppadom. You can turn your soup into a pie as well. You can reimagine the soup too. Turn it into a curry or add lentils and make a dahl. Soups, stews and casseroles are even a really useful way to use up leftover meat and vegetables from other meals. They can be vegetarian or vegan as well. They're really easy to tailor to specific dietary needs. Seriously, I cannot overstate just how useful, easy, cheap and versatile soups, stews etc can be. If you want to start eating healthy AND also save a tonne of money on food in these hard economic times. Start learning to make soups and stews. You will not regret it.

Like your style. You're kind of emotional, towards the end of this video. Saying I love you is very serious, I tend to shy away from doing it. Some people hold you to your word. Like you say you love me, prove it. You got my support babe. You know a lot of people are probably infatuated with you ? Seriously , a lot of people catch feelings, just saying. Seasonal depression though, I'm always depressed at Christmas. I always try to make myself happy by just being alone and reflecting, which is my favorite thing to do anyways. I try to distract my mind by avoiding Christmas songs or places with too much Christmas decorations. Like treating it as a normal day off from work or just numb it out with alcohol, that works best. Christmas is tough for people without much friends or family. Yeah soup is good, may even make some for Christmas. Peace.

A funny video about winter depression, yes that is the way to tackle it. Love the energy and charm and yes I have watched till the end, and I will very much enjoy using the cute Mr. Meow Meow emojis. (still love that name) I actually very much enjoy the Christmas season, it is my fave holiday season and celebration of the year, there is just so much symbolism and meaning in having the biggest celebrations of love and light at the coldest and darkest part of year, I love that contrast and all the Christmas lights everywhere. January and February are a lot harder… to stay energised and upbeat, but that’s mostly because we lost the old tricks our ancestors used, festival, balls, carnivals these are all good ways to combat winter isolation and depression.
