Sadly no, Takumi is just a voice narrating the whole MF Ghost, at least up until latest manga release.

Perhaps Fujiwara Takumi will appear with his father's "Subaru GC-8 Type-R", which doesn't classified and probably goes on to race again as a pro driver just like his father himself..To which saying why he is pursuing for rally after his test drives on his father's cars as being to "shock" but fine tunes and rides..

as cool as this is i do not think we will see him race again same with ryosuke the entire plan for mf ghost is that a new generation of drivers are gonna solve this formula that ryosuke maade up. so ima say that old racers are prohibited from joining this race it still would be cool to see ryosuke show up and beat everyone there but it will most likely not happen.
